Return Policy

• The only unused and unopened products would be returnable within 5 days after delivery. 
• The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees except for defective products.
• Please contact  sales@water-aptech.com regarding returns or exchanges.  

 

Delivery : 

• The order will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS or FedEx, and tracking number will be emailed you after dispatch. 
• We email you,  if your shipment would be delayed.
